Main Rule

Use only your own school or official station.

Grade Basis

Always use incoming grade level for SY 2026-2027.

Tutor Rule

Every selected subject needs one assigned tutor.

Select Your School

  • Click your district first.
  • Search your school name if the list is long.
  • Click only your official school or station.
  • Review the district and school percentage status shown under the choices.

Confirm Principal Record

  • Click Complete Now or Edit and Confirm.
  • Enter the school head name, official position, contact number, and email if available.
  • Click Save Principal.
  • After the success message appears, click Proceed to Step 3.

Add Tutors

  • Click Add Tutor.
  • Enter the tutor name, position, contact number, and email.
  • Save the tutor.
  • Add all tutors needed for your school, then click Next: Learners.

Add Learners

  • Click Add Learner.
  • Enter the 12-digit LRN, learner name, sex, and incoming grade.
  • Choose the correct program or subject. ARAL Summer Filipino/English incoming Grades 2-4 go to CRLA and incoming Grades 5-11 go to Phil-IRI. Numeracy and Regional Remediation go to RMA.
  • For SARP, use the search box to find subjects faster. Every selected SARP subject appears separately under SARP score encoding.
  • Assign one tutor for each selected program or subject. The same tutor may be used for more than one subject, but every selected subject needs its own tutor selection.

Open Assessment and Encode Scores

  • Check the division, district, school, and assessment progress cards.
  • Click the assessment type you need. Regional Remediation learners are encoded under RMA.
  • Inside score encoding, use the locked max scores: Pre-Test 20, Formative Tests 1-3 10 each, and Post-Test 20.
  • Type the score, then press Tab or click outside the cell so auto-save can run. Use Clear beside a saved score if the score must become blank and excluded from percentage and average.

Need urgent help?

Use the Report Problem button

Click the small Report Problem button at the lower-right side of the ARAL Summer page. Fill in your full name, school, contact number, email, and the problem message. The report is sent directly to the SMART-LRMS support email.
