Pick your role, follow the steps, done. This guide covers every role in the system — from Students to Admins.
What is the SMART-LRMS?
Strategic Management, Accessibility, and Resource Tracking for Learning Resource Management System of Zamboanga Sibugay Division
This portal is used by the Department of Education — Division of Zamboanga Sibugay to manage the full lifecycle of learning materials. Teachers submit resources, reviewers check quality, principals publish approved ones, and students download them.

How to Log In
Two ways: Google or Email/Password
Google Sign-In
RecommendedGo to the login page
Open the portal URL. You’ll see the login screen.
Click “Continue with Google”
The blue button with the Google logo at the top of the form.
Pick your DepEd Google account
Choose the Google account your admin registered for you.
Done — you land on your dashboard
Students go to /student/dashboard. Everyone else goes to /dashboard.
Email & Password
Click “Admin sign-in with email”
This link at the bottom of the Google button reveals the email/password fields.
Type your email
Example: admin@deped.gov.ph
Type your password
If you forgot it, click “Forgot?” to the right of the password field.
Click “Sign in”
Valid credentials take you to your dashboard. Wrong ones show a red error message.
🔒 Forgot Your Password?
Click “Forgot?” on the login page
Opens the password recovery form.
Enter your email
Click “Send Reset Link”. If the email exists, a link is sent.
Check your inbox
Click the reset link in the email you received.
Set a new password
Min. 8 characters. Confirm it, click “Reset Password”, then go sign in.
Pick Your Role

Student
School scope · 4 menu items
Students can browse and download published learning materials from their school and the public library.

Green = active page. Click any item in the sidebar to navigate.
What You Can Do
- View student dashboard with download stats
- Browse materials published for your school
- Download published files (PDF, DOCX, etc.)
- Access the Public Library without signing in
- Update your profile
Restrictions
- Submit or upload materials
- Access QA reviews or publishing
- View other schools’ inventories
- Access any admin pages
📋Step-by-Step Workflows
Open the sidebar → click "Learning Materials"
This shows all published resources available for your school.
Find the material you need
Use the search bar or scroll through the list. Each row shows the title, subject, grade level, and type.
Click the download button
The green download icon on the right side of the row. The file downloads to your device.

Once signed in, every page has the same structure: dark sidebar on the left (248px wide), a slim white topbar at the top, and your content in the main area.
Sidebar
- Dark navy background (#0f172a)
- Active page: green text + green dot
- Search box at the top filters items
- Your name + logout at the bottom
Dashboard
- Greeting banner with your name and role
- Stat cards: Submissions, Approved, Published
- Charts: activity trend + status donut
- Quick action buttons (role-specific)
Submission Form
- Title, Subject, Grade Level are required (*)
- Drag-and-drop upload area (max 50 MB)
- Accepts PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, MP4, AVI, MOV, MKV
- Cancel / Submit buttons at the bottom
